Zachary C. Burmeister received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bemidji State University in 2006, majoring in Environmental Studies with minors in Geography and Applied Public Policy. Zach attended law school at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, focusing his studies on insurance law and health care law, earning a Certificate in Health Care Compliance in addition to his J.D. degree. He is the 2009 recipient of the Jacob Dim Award, presented to one Hamline student each year for excellence in the study of federal law and practice.
Following his graduation from law school, Zach was employed at a small litigation practice in Henning, MN, where he was involved with lender liability and medical and legal malpractice.
Zach is admitted to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota state courts and United States District Courts for North Dakota. He is a member of the Minnesota, North Dakota, Seventh District, Clay County and Cass County Bar Associations.
Zach resides in Fargo, North Dakota.
